anyone tried to configured in the event that one of my server/s behind FortiADC goes down, through FAZ  Event Handler will notify the IT admin via email address? SMTP settings under FADC was configured already.

Have you checked "Security Fabric" / "Automation" yet on the FADC? You can automate actions like sending emails, triggered by a lot of events or measurements. Maybe this will work for you even without involving a FAZ.
