FAC Agent Issue

I'm facing issue while using 2fa fac agent for wins login

the fac agent login portal itself is not getting trigger and getting bypass with admin login

I tested by uninstall it and it worked fine
now without fct 7.0.13 2fa fac agent is working fine

Please let me know the FAC version, Agent version and the was the working before?

Also you mean that the FAC 2FA login itself is not getting trigger and default Windows login is appearing?

Yes this are all install to updated version but still not working
