Explicit Proxy help

Hi guys, i will need some help. I need to setup explicit proxy on fortigate 100D in the office, which we will be apply to apply web filter and application control. If the user bring the notebook home, will the explicit proxy still work? 

My project is to ensure that user will still be control by web filter when they are out of office.
