Error on opening console

Hi   Any one knows why I get this, uninstalled ,repair , cleaned all folders , reinstall still get .

    No not yet, I installed it once and it worked, then the customer said u don't need to use vpn so I uninstalled it, but then they say I need the VPN , so I installed it again but then get this error.

    I have cleaned all folder's I can think of-  program files ,, programdata ,, users and so on.
