Error -20105 server unreachable

I connect to vpn using the latest version forticlient, but if I leave it idle for the configured time, the VPN disconnects and when I try to reconnect I get the server unreachable error, requiring a reboot on the host to be able to reconnect

Please provide the following information

 

- Is this specific to a particular user/host machine?

- If particular to a user/host machine, is the user a remote user on the firewall?

- Are you  able to see any suspicious logs (VPN event logs / User event logs) when the connection made from the client fails.
