Hi xenon,

not sure that translator made it correctly, but from what I understood from translated text it seems that your unit, probably FortiGate, is about to have its support contract and FortiGuard services expired. 
FortiGate's GUI / Dashboard / Status .. "Licenses" widget will show you more details.
Hover your mouse pointer over the items like FortiCare Support there and pop-up hint will tell you more.

Alternatively navigate to GUI / System / FortiGuard .. and License Information table will show even more details.

If anoy of those licenses is about to expire, then you can directly Purchase extension from that GUI. Or kindly open ticket towards CSS via https://support.fortinet.com  portal.
