Email filtering not working

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to Fortigate and I'm trying to configure the email filtering for an Exchange server that is behind a FRW61F, I've edited the email filter under security profiles to filter *.wav (just for the test purpose) attachments and then under Policy Objects -> Security Policy I've check that the email filter was enabled for the incoming mail policy.
The issue it's that an email from outside with a wav attached it's not filterd by the fortigate and it reach the Exchange server, there are no logs under the antispam.
It may be some configuration issue but I don't know where to check, any ideas?
