Device firmware version

We have a Fortigate 201F and its connected to the Internet and licensed for software updates, however, we noted that it is not showing the new firmware version 7.4 as available for download, the firewall is running version 7.2.10 and indicating that as up to date. We have another 201F installed at another location and that one has version 7.4.1

 

What could be the reason why this firewall is not showing the 7.4 version to be available for download?

Hi,

This message shows that you are running the latest version from 7.2 release.

If you want to view other releases like 7.4 or 7.6 the you would need most likely to access the All Upgrades tab.

Hi @vnkhwazi ,

 

I just checked it on my FGT which is running 7.4.5 GA, the latest patch for the 7.4 train.  It does not show me 7.6.x.  It just shows "Up to date" as the status.
