I often have customers who lose their wireless connection.if I look in the Fortianalyzer I have this log

 

.Someone has an idea why?

How to stabilize customer connections?

      Same Here with FAP431F managed by Fortilan Cloud. Clients report that lose wifi connection, on logs we see 

      client-disconnected-by-wtp: Unspecified reason.

      I am getting these random disconnects as well.  I have opened a ticket and uploaded logs. Standing by!(LOL) Capture.JPG
