CLI command to see current interface utilization

Hi Guys,

Has anybody knows the command of the interface utilization so I can have an idea how much traffic is going through it? let's say I have a VPN interface and want to know how heavy it's being used. If I could login to the GUI I could easily add a interface monitoring dashboard and see the stats, but I can only access the firewall via SSH.
