cannot ping virtual IP

I assigned an virtual IP for a VLAN (use dynami IP pool). How can I ping it? I tried to create a new policy to accept PING but it' s not working Thanks

    You will only be able to PING a virtual IP if port forwarding has not been checked. There is no way to allow ICMP traffic with a port forward.
