Blocked website

Hi,

We have a new website that is consist of only contact information. Why does fortinet block it as "newly observed website" and when will fortinet unblock it? Can I do something to unblock it? Thank you in advence.

    You can categorize it yourself, on demand.

     

    Assuming you use Category based filters:

     

    Go to Security Profiles -> Web Ratings Overrides

     

    At the top, create a custom category as 'allowed'   Once back on Web Ratings Overrides page, Create New.  Add the domain URL in the box, hit "Lookup Rating" to see the current rating.  If you want to override this, use the override prompts below.  Category Custom and newly created 'allowed' category.

     

    Last, go to the web filter profile and confirm under 'local categories' the new 'allowed' has a green check mark. If not, right-click and pick Allow.
