Block Users from adding an E-mail account

Hi Everyone. 

 

I'm trying to block all our users from being able to add a personal E-mail account(webmail, Gmail etc) on the outlook client but i'm not sure if i can block this from the firewall.

Hi Thobela

This should be doable by combining application control with destination fqdn or ISDB.

E.g.:

  • Policy 1 : Allow Outlook app for for your corporate mail server destination
  • Policy 2 : Deny Outlook app for all other destinations
