Block editplus from firewall

Hello @Ali4262,
EditPlus falls in the category of Freeware and Software Downloads of Fortiguard web filter.
Enable deep inspection and block the above category and check if it is being blocked.

If you don't want to block the entire category then you can use the Static URL filter to block the EditPlus URL.
