Auth client radius

Hi, i need help with radius, i don't know but sometime auth dont works. User client when open a browser must insert domain credential. autetication on the firewall works the tests are always positive, while on the client to navigate, credentials must necessarily be entered.

How are these user authenticated , do you have any captive portal in place for active authentication, or they are using passive authentication like FSSO?

    Hi, users should automatically log in via SSO, but in reality the credential entry page opens at least once a day

    the radius server is on a windows server, and it works because the user and connection tests work correctly. It is on the clients that the anomaly occurs

    A packet capture or dump from the client would give us more info. Would you be able to share it with us.
