application displaying issue

Hello all,

I have 2 internals subnets (subnet1 and subnet2) connected to a fortigate; behind the fortigate I have an application server.

from the subnet1 I access to the application by https. but from the subnet2 I cannot access to the same application. On the fortigate, it is the same policy rule that allow the access to the application server.

Subnet1 is made by cisco switch => cisco router=>fortigate

Subnet2 is made by cisco switch=>alcatel switch Mxp=>fortigate

I don't know what is the problem.
