Allow Embedded Objects on Website

Hello,

I believe embedded objects are somehow blocked in a clients Fortigate. Their website formatting looks odd and some of their clickable buttons don't work only when they are inside on their own network. I have poked around in the firewall, but I am new to it and not sure where to look for this type of setting. Do I need to create a new policy to allow this or is there a type of setting I can turn on and off to allow this for their network?
