admin api user ?

Hi,

We were hoping to create an API Admin user to enable us to perform automated certificate updates with our FortiWEB platform, however we do not have any option at all to create an api user  - there are no options for this.

We are using 7.4.11 .

All the documentation I have read suggests that we can , we do not have FIPS mode enabled and have logged on with a local Admin account.

Does anybody have any idea why this option is missing/not available ?
