About system reset failed

My 40f failed today after the system reset, the system did not reboot, the power light kept on, but the status and other lights did not come on either, what should I do? Can someone help me?

Hi @ok1311 ,

 

If you have console access, check it to see whether you can get anything.  If you can't get anything on console, and if you have hardware coverage for this unit, you may open an RMA ticket.

    Thanks for the tip, I have re-updated the firmware with console access and the system is restored!
