Are you seeing something in the Fortinet Community that is not working as expected? For example, a page not loading, a button not working, or a display issue? Reply to this thread to report Community-site issues.

Note: This thread is for issues with the Fortinet Community site itself. If you’re reporting a problem with a Fortinet product, please use the appropriate Fortinet support channel for that product. Additional details are available at: https://www.fortinet.com/support/contact.

Please include:

  • A brief description of what’s happening
  • The expected outcome
  • A link to the issue if possible or the section you are experiencing the issue
  • Screenshots and/or error messages
  • Your browser and operating system

We will let you know when we have reviewed the issue and started the investigation. We may not reply to every post, but we will follow up if we need more details or when there is news to report.

Thank you for identifying these issues. Your reports help keep the Community running smoothly as possible for everyone!

Thanks for flagging this mladd. Could you check again and see whether the issue persists?

Not able to choose the template as described in the article when creating a new article.

If you have found a solution, please like and mark it as solved to make it easily accessible for everyone.

    Hello team,

I see all pages with articles look strange now. The whole text block is squeezed and quite narrow, which makes it difficult to read. Look at this article for example:

get sys performance” output in the beginning of the article is not readable at all.

I have my words wrapped. However, my colleague has it in a different way, she can scroll left/right inside the text block, having the whole text block same narrow as I have it.

Can you check why is it like that? Was it by design?

    Thank you

Hi echufarov, thanks for your feedback. We are currently working on article width and will have updates soon. We will keep you posted.

I used to receive Fortinet Community Emails with articles that got updated. How do I fix that so I get those again? Thank you.

Hello, you can now subscribe to particular articles in order to receive updates. On the article in question, click the ‘Follow’ button. Thanks!

    Hello,

I would like to ask about the current status of RSS feeds for Fortinet Knowledge Base articles.

Until recently, we were able to receive RSS feeds for Knowledge Base articles (for example: https://community.fortinet.com/tpykb84852/rss/board?board.id=TKB20) in Microsoft Outlook. However, these RSS feeds no longer seem to be delivered or updated.

After the recent renewal/redesign of the Fortinet Community site, has the distribution of RSS feeds for Knowledge Base articles been discontinued?

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support.

I second this.  Those feeds are very important in order to keep informed on new articles coming out.
