Solution Pack Installation Error

Hello All,

When I try to install the “Outbreak Response Framework” for the SIEM installation, I encounter an error. Error: PreInstall Script Installation. I haven’t encountered this error in another environment. Both of my environments are running version 7.6.5. Does anyone have experience with this?

I’ve resolved this issue; it was caused by a missing Python library, but I couldn’t edit my comment. Additionally, in FortiSIEM, even though all solution packs have been installed and the installation returned a success, the connector isn’t appearing.
