Automatically Adding Devices

Hello, Teams,

I have two queries related to automatically adding devices to the CMDB.

The first one is how to deny adding devices to the CMDB, where those devices were initially configured to send syslog data to the supervisor IP ?.

The second one is how to force newly added devices to take the "unmanaged" stats.

    To not add devices to the CMDB that are discovered via syslog or netflow you can use this https://help.fortinet.com/fsiem/7-1-1/Online-Help/HTML5_Help/Discovery_Settings.htm#Setting2

     

    When performing a discovery, you can add define if the device should be unmanaged https://help.fortinet.com/fsiem/7-1-1/Online-Help/HTML5_Help/Discovering_devices.htm
