Meru Technical Note - Controller shows as offline on EZRF
Description
Meru controller shows as Offline on EZRF even though it is up and online.
Solution
1. Login to EZRF Web UI.
2. Click on Inventory.
3. Click on controllers under Devices. All the controllers should be listed on the right side.
4. Click on the controller which shows Offline Inactive even though it is Online and Active.
5. Look for "Server Connectivity Preference" and make sure "Use Default" is checked instead of any other option.
Save the settings.
Controller will start showing as Online and Active.
