To find which network processor (NP) is used on a FortiGate, the following command will be used to verify (if an error is returned, the corresponding NP type is not available in that unit):
FGT # diagnose npu np7 port-list
FGT # diagnose npu np7lite port-list
FGT # diagnose npu np6 port-list
FGT # diagnose npu np6lite port-list
FGT # get hardware npu np6xlite port-list
