Celebrating our Community: Thank You for an Incredible Month

Over the past month, the Fortinet Community has continued to flourish—and it’s all thanks to you. 

This month we relaunched the Community with a new look and feel, bringing the forums and knowledge base up to date, whilst keeping the familiar navigation and bringing you the latest articles and solutions. 

Whether you’ve been sharing expertise, asking thoughtful questions, or helping others solve complex challenges, your contributions are what make this space truly special. The Community remains one of the most vibrant hubs for collaboration, learning, and innovation across the Fortinet ecosystem.  

Key Wins from the Past Month

We’ve seen some fantastic momentum recently, with a number of highlights: 

Growing Engagement and Collaboration 

Participation across forums has been stronger than ever. More members are joining conversations, offering solutions, and engaging with peers—creating richer discussions and faster problem-solving for everyone. In the past month, 1500 of you have posted replies in the forums , helping your fellow Fortinet team get the answers they need. 

Knowledge Sharing in Action 

From deep technical troubleshooting to best practice advice, the level of expertise being shared continues to impress. Many of you have gone above and beyond to provide detailed answers, walkthroughs, and insights that benefit the entire community. Please keep marking posts as ‘answered’ when there’s a solution, so we can highlight solved questions for other users and get answers to the biggest audience possible. 

Recognising Our Top Contributors 

A big shout-out to our top contributors this month. Our Super Users continue to set the tone for the Community with consistent support, responsiveness, and willingness to help others. You play a key role in making this a trusted and valuable resource. AEK, funkylicious and Toshi_Esumi, you have made an outstanding contribution to the forums this past month – and sjoshi, msanjaypadma on the Fortinet side, nicely done.  

Faster Time to Solutions 

With increased engagement and collaboration, we’ve seen quicker response times and more accepted solutions across the board; the average answer time in the forum has decreased by 50% in the past month. That means members are getting the help they need faster; one of our biggest goals.  

A Stronger Sense of Community 

Beyond the technical wins, what stands out most is the culture you’re building together. The supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment is what makes our Community a great place to learn and grow.
