Technical Tip: Load Filter under Analytics keeps loading for users with a specific role

Description This article explains how to resolve the issue where the Load Filter function in the Analytics section of FortiSIEM continues loading indefinitely, causing the GUI to become inaccessible until the browser is refreshed.
Scope FortiSIEM.
Solution

The issue occurs when the assigned role for the user has the HIDE permission set for the Resource:

  1. Identify the role assigned to the affected user and ensure that Resource has at least VIEW permission under UI Access.

  1. After modifying the permission, log out and log back in with the affected account. The Load Filter section should then function as expected.
