Technical Note: [Accelops KB] AccelOps Visual Analytics Support Policy

AccelOps Visual Analytics uses three components to generate near real-time visual analytics from synced AccelOps reports:

1. AccelOps Report Server
2. Visual Analytics Server, provided by our partner Tableau Software
3. Visual Analytics Desktop, provided by our partner Tableau Software

For the Beta release of AccelOps Visual Analytics, we offer support for:

• Installation and configuration of AccelOps 4.3.1 Beta in a non-production environment
• Set up and configuration of AccelOps Report Server
• Set up and integration of Tableau's Visual Analytics Server and Visual Analytics Desktop for use with AccelOps Report Server
• Generation of visual analytics based on AccelOps reports

We do not offer support for:

• Set up, configuration, and administration of Tableau's Analytics Server beyond the integration with AccelOps Report Server
• Usage of Tableau's Analytics Desktop to create worksheets and workbooks beyond those provided by AccelOps
