Technical Tip: Unknown Hostname error After Running Operating System Updates
Description
This article describes an issue with System Updates when testing the settings, and results of the Test button in the System -> Settings -> System Updates view display 'Test failed - unknown hostname'.

Solution
This issue can occur if the updates have been received on the appliances, but the appliances have not yet been rebooted. To resolve the issue a reboot of appliances is needed.
