Technical Tip: Enable Windows Dissolvable Agent debug logging

Description

This article describes how to enable Dissolvable Agent policy debugging for troubleshooting purposes.

Scope

FortiNAC, Persistent Agent.

Solution

1. Login to NAC server CLI as root and run the following command:

agenttool debug -enableDA

2. Run the scan.
3. %TEMP%\csalog.txt is created in the Windows machine that was scanned. 
4. Disable DA debug:

agenttool debug -disableDA
 

5. Submit csalog.txt to support.
