Technical Tip: How to modify user preference for multiple users simultaneously

To change the default language preference for all users or selected users in FortiMail, follow these steps:

1. Go to Domain & User -> User -> User Preference.
2. Select Maintenance -> Global Edit (user preferences of) Selected User(s)/All Domain Users.
3. Select the Field Language as Needed.

In this example, the Language field is modified for selected 'user3' and 'user5' from 'English' to 'Français'. 

The available options that can be modified using Global Edit are as follows:

Once changes are applied, the Language settings are now French (Français) for 'user3' and 'user5'.
