Solution

Refer to this document to first create the usage profile for Data restriction.

When the Client authentication needs to be set up using AD: Navigate to Network Access policies -> Authentication policies -> Create a new AD with the following parameter.

Navigate to Accounts -> Manage Accounts -> User accounts -> Create new.
