Solution

To resolve the reporting issue in FortiGate Cloud, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Analytics -> Incident & Events -> Event Monitor to check if there are any logs available.

 

If the log is empty, the report is expected to be empty.

 

  1. Set up automation stitches to trigger event alerts. This will allow the report to generate data based on the triggered alerts.

     

  2. Verify that the license entitlement is correct and that the FortiGate Cloud Service is set to Standard.

     

By following these steps, the Security Event and Incident Reports should generate correctly.
