Coverage Support (Top Section):

  • Provides a list of all the support services covered by the agreement.
  • Columns explain:
    • Support Type: Type of service (for example: Enhanced Support, Firmware updates).
    • Support Level: Type of access (for example Premium or Web/Online).
    • Activation Date: Service start date.
    • Expiration Date: Service end date.
  • Shows a high-level list of active support entitlements.

Registered Contract Support (Lower Section):

  • Displays some definite information about the registered contract:
    • Contract Number: A unique identifier for the contract.
    • SKU: Stock-keeping unit to identify the support package.
    • Creation Date: The date it was created.
    • Registration Date: The date it was registered.
  • The table under this section is a repetition of the support entitlements because it is linked with the contract number above it.

Repetition of Information :

  • The upper section provides an overview of all available support services.
  • The lower portion links the services to the real contract number in a way that all the services listed come under such a contract.
Even though the details are the same, the repetition shows clarity in identifying the registered contract associated with these entitlements.
