Technical Tip: Interface error 'Method Failure'

| Solution | When creating a new VLAN interface from the GUI, it will show the following error 'Method Failure'. It is because the 'alias' name and the interface one are the same as shown in the below screenshot.

The workaround for this problem is to put a different name for the alias and the interface itself. |
