Description

This article describes an issue with GUI that any changes will give the error 'access denied'.

Scope FortiOS all version.
Solution

However, a similar change from CLI works.

To resolve this issue, open the GUI in incognito or private mode or clear cache and it should work as expected.

Upgrading FortiGate also resolved this issue.
