Solution
When using WhatsApp on an IP Phone or WhatsApp Web on a PC, there may be some issues when transferring archives. This may be seen even if no UTM nor any SSL Inspection Profiles are being used.
Solution
If an internal DNS server is being used then ensure that their IPs are configured on a General "Any to Any" IPv4 Policy:
