Technical Tip: Export conversion log

In the case of configuration conversion failures, the user must export the conversion log for TAC review.

Location of conversion log:

C:\Users\<Windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\Fortinet\FortiConverter\

Note:

'AppData' is a hidden folder. Refer to the screenshot below to unhide the folder:

Conversion log is saved in a file named 'syslog.txt'
