When FortiAppSec Cloud WAF application uses Automatic Certificate method (Let’s Encrypt), the generated certificates may not include certain optional subject fields, such as:
This is because CA like Let’s Encrypt issues domain-validated (DV) certificates, which do not include an Organization Name field. Organizational details are not required and often excluded.
If the organization requires certificates with organization details, use Custom Certificate and import the relevant server and intermediate certificate files.
