please help me

hello.

I am using ForiClient VPN and am having a problem with it stopping at 40%.

I am using version 7.0.10.0538 and have a Windows 10 environment.

Even if you answer ‘yes’ to the certificate warning window, the process will not proceed any further than 40%.

I tried various methods by referring to the forum, but the problem still persists.

Even if I look at the debug log, I can't find any error logs.

What should I do?

Now it won't even install because the image download failed.

How can I solve this?

Please do refer to the following document for possible reasons of SSLVPN connection failed at certain percentage:

There could be multiple reasons, but aside from accepting the certificate. If this impacts multiple machines, please do log a case with via FortiCare support portal to further check on the debug logs.

I have already pressed the accept certificate button several times, but there is no further progress. This is my log.

I am going crazy due to the 40% freeze that has continued since yesterday.

Hi @soyun 

 

These logs are the FortiClient log. You will need to check on FortiGate log for the debug log. The command to run the debug would be as below:

diag deb app sslvpn -1

diag deb app fnbamd -1 --> if you are using remote authentication such as AD or RADIUS

diag deb en

 

As these logs may potentially contain sensitive information, you are advised to create a FortiCare ticket with us so that we can further investigate the FortiGate log for you.
