Hi,
I am trying to connect with my sip provider from my Asterisk Server. Asterisk Server has a public IP. Firewall is also assigned with public IP...Its new out the box firewall just configured remote management and and 2 policies to allow all from LAN > WAN and WAN > LAN with all services. There is no NATing involved as Asterisk server also has a public IP. The traffic is going through firewall and then to Asterisk server. I am able to ping from my server to outside and vice versa. My IP is whitelisted by SIP Provider but still am not able to connect with the provider. Do i have to configure any policy or anything else? any ideas?
Thanks....

Strange setup. Both public IPs are from different subnets?
For SIP traffic out you don't need any special setup, an outbound policy will do.
Can you sniff the SIP traffic outbound? like this
di de en
di sniffer packet wan1 'port 5060' 4 0 l
