Recover Fortiweb Admin password

How to recover fortiweb admin password. I have access to serial console of the device.

You need atleast a prof_admin account/password to reset/recover the admin password.

If you are running older version (I belive 5.x or below) the maintainer account can be used. Below document explains the procedure

If you don't have prof_admin , then we need to re-image the device.
