NTP sync not working

Hello,    I have two Fortigates 60F running in HA,  firmware is 7.2.5.

The firewall works as NTP server as well as NTP client.  No matter which externa NTP server I use there is no sync

What's wrong with the config ?

Also, can you share this command output with us?

thank you for the reply, here is the output:

config system ntp
set ntpsync enable
set type fortiguard
set syncinterval 360
set source-ip 192.168.1.118
set source-ip6 ::
set server-mode enable
set authentication disable
set interface "internal1" "ssl.root" ............

192.168.1.118 is the addres of the wan port. I did try several NTP pools/server  apart from the Forti NTP   with same result.

Can you try again with this configuration?

Also, do you have any local NTP?
