I have a user that recently upgraded his phone to a newer Iphone, he was using Fortitoken Mobile to authenticate to our 80D.
In order for him to use the Fortitoken Mobile on his new phone I had to send him another authentication code and have him add it to the app accordingly. With that said, it all works, but not without an error that pops up every time he opens the app up that states:
"Error: If you are attempting to restore Fortitoken Mobile to a new device, for your protection you must delete and then re-install all existing tokens"
I feel like we did that, anyone have a solution to this?
I seen that also did the new phone ever had fortitoken installed? Did you also un issued the token on the fgt?

Yes, I disassociated it on the fortigate, then re-added it and sent another code to the user so he may apply it to his fortitoken mobile app on his new phone.
