1. set static route tag, so it could me matched in a route-map, used for redistribution

2. set passive-interface default, why there is no such obvious thing there? there is a lot interfaces with users and only few with other routers, which need routing protocol enabled.

Well, if a client actually wanted a feature, all they have to do is ask for a NFR (new feature request) through the local System Engineer. Depending on the request, it can be implemented quite fast, or it can take a while, or be completely rejected, but at least he would have a chance to improve the product.
Not quite sure that this community forum serves your purpose in this regard.
