Hello,
we have, from many years, a WiFi infrastructure composed from two FortiWLC-50D configured in Cluster Mode with nplus1 mode.
From last few months we have issue with Zebra Android RF Terminals, that show a popup when connected to AP: limited connection
Also if the Terminal is under the AP, we have many connection issue, or the connection falls out or the telnet application gets stuck.
Firmware version of our Controller and APs are 8.1-3-2.
I've tried to reboot the controller but didn't solve.
Any suggestion, please?
'FortiWLC' is a deprecated device so I am not sure if you can get any support on it.
I would verify if you can even ping the default gateway when connected. Try to see where the connection stops, and go from there.
Thanks Johnatahn fro reply,
yes I can ping DG when connected.
Yesterday we turned off the secondary controller and it would seem that the problem has been solved, honestly I do not know if there is a connection between things.
Let me tell you if this is the solution.
