WebCam access issue

Hey guys, I have the FortiGate 60C and one of our clients has a security system with an IP Web cam. When trying to access the public IP from my internal network using IE, I can get to the login page but once I log in, I cant view the cameras live. Just says failed to connect. I asked tech support and they can view on there end using IE externally. I tested from my phone downloading the android app and using my ISP data it can connect and view the cameras but using my internal wireless from work it wont work and just shows black (what happens on my computer). Any one know what can be wrong? or if I can fix anything on my firewall? I have run out of ideas... I have tried to reset the browser settings etc and all the basic stuff but still have no joy. My client can access it internally using the internal IP of the webcam but externally from his home machine he cant view the cams but can log in. The RTSP port is 5554 and management port is 8080. they are both open on their firewall and forwarding to that device.. thanks guys!

Perhaps it' s an IE setting. Compatibility mode?

Hi rwpatterson, I solved it. I forgot outgoing ports are blocked on my network. Opened those ports and all is now working! thanks :)
