VNC client at web portal not working.

Hi guys, 

We recently purchased Fortigate 100E so i`m new to Fortinet.

FW ver 5.6.7 (GA) (and 5.6.6 before that)

From the start VNC client at web portal was not working, it wasn`t a big deal but kept bugging me.

I tried to troubleshoot it with sniffer and found that when i try to connect there is no outgoing packets.

And today i finaly found this:

Can i fix this by myself?
