Make an exception for SMTP file block

Hello, I want to make an exception so that all incoming smtp traffic from domain.com is NOT checked for file block. I created an URL excempt in " Web filter" that reads " domain.com" but it doesn' t seem to be working. Am I doing something bad? Thanks!

A slightly different approach - 1. add the exempted domain.com into Firewall-->Address 2. add another smtp policy in to the firewall settings, using the domain.com address, with a suitable protection profile that does not block files, and have this above your standard smtp policy. This gives the advantage of not blocking files but still be able to scan for viruses if you want to.

I really find doing this reeeeaaaalllllyyyy annoying. I want to keep my firewall rules as tidy as possible. In the manual it says that web exempts should work for A/V too...Am I missing something?
