IP address mapping

Is it possible to use Fortigate DHCP to assign dynamic IP addresses for our servers and still able to map static public IP addresses into these dynamic IP addresses accordingly? Also, if we setup multiple domain names to share a single static public IP address, will Fortigate be able to read the domain name and redirect to difference internal web servers IP addresses accordingly?
