Hello everyone,
how do you handle Windows security center when using FortiClient EPP?
Our users got windows notifications on every boot that FortiClient is not up do date (it seems to take quite a few minutes to update signatures) so I decided to disable windows security notifications overall and also hid the security center symbol on the taskbar...
Anyone else found another solution for this?

Hello,
When using FortiClient EPP with Windows Security Center, follow these steps:
Ensure that your FortiClient and Windows Security Center settings align with your organization's security policies and requirements.
I hope it will help.

Hello Anthony,
I do think FortiClient does register with windows security center by default because I can't remember I did set this manually and every FortiClient EPP I did install so far was automatically registered in windows security center.
I can not find any setting regarding registration in FortiClient EMS either.
The one thing that does bother me (and our users) is the warning from windows security center mentioning that antivirus is not up to date after everyday boot. It seems like windows security center is faster with this warning than FortiClient can up-date it's signatures after boot. I have FortiClient set up to update signatures every hour.
